If, by chance, Mozart and 3 Cuban percussionists met in a bar over a mojito, what would that sound like?
Would they have collaborated?

La Briche Audio is attempting to answer the question by recreating the encounter.
How? You ask.

First, our team flew to Cuba to record a trio of magical Bata musicians. Then we recorded Mozarts’ K136 Divertimento in D Major played by a string quartet from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.

We mixed up the results and sent a bunch of samples to 4 electronic music producers. They had one guideline : “Take some Mozart, take some Cuba, and cook it up”

And so, Mozart Vs Cuba was born. Here is the first taste.

Recipe no 1 was conceived by Ghost in the Chill (Madagascar) and Sound Strider (Australia).
